  • Bring AI platforms into productive operation using Kubernetes, containerization, and MLOps/LLMOps, managing deployment, monitoring, governance, and troubleshooting.
  • Deploy and optimize self-hosted Foundation Models and Enterprise AI workloads, improving GPU utilization, quantization, batching, autoscaling, and latency for efficient inference architectures.
  • Support clients with AI strategy, platform modernization, and infrastructure readiness, driving POCs and MVPs, and contributing expertise to RFPs, proposals, and effort estimations.

Requirements

  • 10-13 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
  • Proven success in implementing Enterprise AI/GenAI solutions in Private Cloud, On-Premises, or Hybrid environments.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Private AI and GenAI.
  • Proficiency in LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI.
  • Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or Semantic Kernel.

  • Knowledge of technologies like MLflow, Kubeflow, KServe, Ray, vLLM, or Ollama.
  • Understanding of evaluation, tracing, monitoring, drift detection, and production support.
  • Knowledge of GPU and AI infrastructures, including NVIDIA Stack, CUDA, MIG, Model Serving, Quantization, Distributed Inference/Training, Storage, and Networking.
  • Ability to optimize AI workloads for performance, scalability, and availability.
  • Strong understanding of security, privacy, and sovereign AI.
