  • Support dispute, claims, debt recovery, insolvency, or enforcement-related matters.
  • Provide practical legal support to internal stakeholders on day-to-day business queries, escalating complex or high-risk matters.
  • Support legal input on product, regulatory, operational, and strategic projects.
  • Work with compliance, risk, data privacy, and regulatory colleagues to ensure legal advice aligns with applicable laws, internal policies, and business requirements.
  • Assist with legal research, horizon scanning, and preparation of briefings on relevant legal and regulatory developments.
  • Help maintain and improve legal templates, playbooks, trackers, and processes.
  • Assist with tax and corporate governance matters, including board and committee support, entity management, approvals, filings, and maintenance of corporate records.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister in Ireland, England and Wales, or another relevant common law jurisdiction.
  • Strong academic background and training from a reputable law firm, in-house legal team, or equivalent legal environment.
  • Clear, concise, and practical communication style, with the ability to explain legal issues to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Good judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
