About the Role
LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a new team focused on developing innovative AI-powered capabilities for Financial Crime Compliance. This role involves shaping product strategy, driving customer discovery, and collaborating with engineering teams to bring AI solutions to market, specifically focusing on AI agents for alert investigation and resolution.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for new AI-powered and Agentic AI capabilities, identifying and prioritizing use cases for maximum customer and business value.
- Lead customer discovery to understand needs, workflows, and pain points, translating insights into product priorities and requirements.
- Partner with Engineering and technology teams to define, develop, and deliver AI-enabled product capabilities using Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and AI agents.
- Evaluate and prioritize potential AI agent skills and capabilities, providing clear hypotheses and recommendations for product and investment decisions.
- Collaborate across multiple product and solution teams to ensure effective integration and reuse of centrally developed capabilities.
- Utilize customer insights, product metrics, and data to support decision-making, define KPIs, and measure product quality, effectiveness, and adoption.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to support go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and adoption.
- Ensure responsible development of AI-powered capabilities, working with Legal, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders on transparency, privacy, security, reliability, and customer trust.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment, balancing strategic product leadership with rapid execution from discovery to delivery.
Requirements
- Strong Product Management experience with ownership of complex technology products or capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience taking technology products from discovery and concept through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Previous exposure to AI-powered products or capabilities is essential, with a good understanding of concepts such as AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Strong customer discovery experience with the ability to translate customer problems and market insights into product strategy and priorities.
- Proven ability to work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and other technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with confidence to engage directly with customers and senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive product decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience within Financial Crime Compliance or financial services is beneficial but not essential.
- Fluent English is essential.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline is preferred but not essential.
