About the Role

Responsibilities

Advise C-level clients on the value of agents and shape ecosystems combining bespoke agents with existing client platforms.
Prove incremental ROI for agentic AI solutions.
Grow a portfolio of accounts and a team to match.
Help grow and win the US portfolio by identifying opportunities, bringing the AI vision to pursuits, shaping proposals and commercial models, and leading AI solutions to signature.
Serve as a trusted advisor to CMOs, CDOs, and CX leaders, shaping an agentic agenda aligned with their strategy.
Build value cases with clear baselines and attribution to ensure measurable ROI for every agent sold.
Determine what to build bespoke versus configure on existing platforms, ensuring a cohesive agentic ecosystem.
Oversee a portfolio of agentic AI programs in partnership with client engagement teams, ensuring outcomes, quality, and client satisfaction.
Set the standard for responsible agentic delivery, including evaluation, human oversight, and governance aligned with US AI regulation.
Build and lead the US team, establishing recognition as a thought leader in agentic marketing and CX.

Requirements

12+ years in consulting, CX or marketing technology, or AI.
5+ years leading a portfolio, P&L, or practice at a tech and/or marketing agency consultancy.
Deep understanding of marketing organization operations (campaign planning, creative and content production, CRM and lifecycle, personalization) and AI's impact.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end consumer journey and AI's potential to transform customer experiences and unlock value.
Practical fluency with AI and agent tools, including the ability to demo ideas, understand current agent capabilities and limitations, and quantify results from pilot to production.
Proven record of originating and closing multi-million dollar programs.
Executive presence to clearly communicate AI value and risk to C-level audiences.
Experience building, leading, and inspiring high-performing teams of consultants.
