About the Role
As a Senior Consultant Digital HR Transformation, you will advise leading companies on the design and implementation of HR transformation projects to maximize HR's value contribution. You will work on solutions in areas such as HR Operation Design, Employee Experience, Workforce Management, Learning Transformation, and the digitalization of HR processes. You will also contribute to the development of competencies, value propositions, and the team, expanding your expertise in organizational structures, methods, and HR technologies. You will improve employee experience through process optimization, tech integrations, digitalization, or automation. Working in highly motivated teams, you will take on responsibility for tasks, sub-projects, or overall project management based on your experience and qualifications, and participate in the acquisition and extension of consulting projects.
Responsibilities
- Advise leading companies on the design and implementation of HR transformation projects to maximize HR's value contribution.
- Work on solutions in areas such as HR Operation Design, Employee Experience, Workforce Management, Learning Transformation, and the digitalization of HR processes.
- Contribute to the development of competencies, value propositions, and the team, expanding expertise in organizational structures, methods, and HR technologies.
- Improve employee experience through process optimization, tech integrations, digitalization, or automation.
- Take on responsibility for tasks, sub-projects, or overall project management based on experience and qualifications.
- Participate in the acquisition and extension of consulting projects.
Requirements
- Completed studies in economics, business administration, business informatics, humanities and social sciences, or a comparable degree program.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in HR Transformation Consulting and ideally project management in an HR line function.
- Sound knowledge and experience in HR strategy, Digital HR Transformation, organizational and HR process design.
- Familiarity with current trends and developments in the HR field, with the ability to translate them into recommendations for clients using entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills to achieve the best possible success for your team and project.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor for client collaboration.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
