About the Role
Develop and implement GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for financial services clients, identifying use cases, redesigning processes, and guiding implementation from concept to production. Advise clients on AI potential and present findings to executive levels. Support clients in building and advancing their AI capabilities, including governance, operating models, collaboration, and scaling. Address strategic, functional, and technical challenges while continuously expanding expertise in GenAI, Agentic AI, and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for banks, insurance companies, and other financial service providers.
- Identify use cases and redesign processes with GenAI in collaboration with clients.
- Guide the implementation of AI solutions from idea to productive use.
- Prepare and present the possibilities and potentials of Artificial Intelligence to target audiences, including executive and management levels.
- Support clients in building and developing their AI capabilities, covering governance, operating models, collaboration, and scaling.
- Work on strategic, functional, and technical issues.
- Continuously develop expertise in GenAI, Agentic AI, and cloud technologies.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, business administration, mathematics, natural sciences, economics, or a comparable field.
- Initial experience in implementing AI, GenAI, or digitalization projects, preferably in the banking, insurance, or financial services sector.
- Knowledge of GenAI technologies, LLM frameworks, Agentic AI approaches, modern development processes, and at least one hyperscaler (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to target audiences.
- Experience in coaching, training, or enabling users and business departments.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Confident, consulting-oriented demeanor.
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
