About the Role
Manage medium to large multi-regional Connected Devices projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to sponsor satisfaction. This role is crucial for delivering projects across all clinical trial phases.
Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, execute, control, and deliver projects in accordance with the Scope of Work.
- Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, maintaining communication and adhering to reporting schedules.
- Drive resource planning and support project teams for adequate resourcing.
- Lead cross-functional Connected Devices teams for successful project delivery.
- Track project progress, identify and evaluate risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project financials accurately, ensuring goals are met within scope.
- Ensure revenue recognition and forecasts are calculated accurately and change orders are executed.
- Ensure all deliverables meet expected quality standards and customer expectations.
- Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
- Conduct 'End of Project' review meetings to ensure all activities are completed.
- Keep leadership informed of project issues impacting quality, budget, or timeliness.
- Request support and advice for timely issue resolution.
- Train and mentor new or junior project managers.
- Provide input to line managers on project team members' performance for career development.
