About the Role
Join our team as a Consultant Forward Deployed Engineering (m/f/d) to help clients make strategic decisions in AI & Data. We support clients from AI & Data strategy definition through the implementation of large-scale data platforms, visual analytics programs, and the introduction of smart "Age of With" solutions. Responsibilities
- Support clients in unlocking the potential of Generative AI and Agentic AI at scale, implementing innovative solutions with measurable business value.
- Work on ambitious AI programs for leading European companies, transforming business models, processes, and work methods with Generative AI and agents.
- Identify AI use cases with high business impact and support their implementation to create measurable value across the entire value chain.
- Develop AI-powered applications, agent systems, and workflows, establishing them as scalable, secure, and production-ready enterprise solutions in complex environments.
- Engineer AI-powered applications, agent systems, and workflows on modern enterprise AI platforms and support their scaling in complex enterprise environments.
- Actively contribute new technologies, methods, and best practices to client projects and assist in building reusable assets and reference implementations.
Requirements
- First professional experience in the development, implementation, or introduction of AI, GenAI, or data-driven solutions, ideally in a consulting or project environment.
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Informatics, or a comparable degree.
- Practical knowledge of Python and initial experience with GenAI and Agentic AI technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), LangChain, LangGraph, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Microsoft Agent Framework, or comparable technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP), API integration, and initial exposure to software engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, or AIOps concepts are desirable.
- Willingness to travel.
- German (C1) and English proficiency (written and spoken).
