About the Role
Big Mamma Group is seeking a passionate 1st Pizza Chef to join their team, contributing to their dream of changing lives with pizza through authentic, homemade Italian cuisine in a vibrant restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop recipes and manage pizza service during preparation.
- Train junior staff in pizza-making techniques.
- Craft authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch, including dough preparation.
- Adhere to health and safety standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with teammates during busy services.
- Bring positive energy and a problem-solving mindset.
- Contribute to creating excellent guest experiences.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Senior or 1st Pizza Chef, preferably with authentic Neapolitan pizza.
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Great energy, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
