About the Role
As a working student at the front desk, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, gaining insight into the structures of a communications agency and expanding your network.
Responsibilities
- Organize the reception at the Berlin location with your team, welcoming guests, clients, and applicants.
- Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues' inquiries and requests.
- Receive and coordinate incoming calls in German and English.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and handle external courier services.
- Support the planning and execution of internal events.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student.
- Strong organizational skills and enjoyment in interacting with people.
- Proactive, structured, and independent approach to tasks.
- Flawless communication in German and English with a confident demeanor.
- Flexibility regarding working hours (20 hours/week, ideally 4 hours/day).
