About the Role
At EY-Parthenon, you will support CEOs, boards, and private equity firms in transaction-based transformations, from initial strategic thinking to successful implementation. You will work on groundbreaking projects across various industries, focusing on strategy realignment, optimization, transformative deals, and restructurings. Utilizing data-driven insights and AI technologies, you will explore new markets, drive growth, and develop corporate and capital strategies that make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with colleagues and clients from the outset in the Private Equity team.
- Analyze business models, competition, markets, and growth potential, particularly in Commercial Due Diligence projects.
- Take on early responsibility, leveraging support from the senior team and established AI tools.
- Actively shape our culture and contribute to the development of organization, tools, structures, and processes.
- Advise on national and international Private Equity transactions across sectors, on both buyer and seller sides.
Requirements
- Completed an above-average business administration degree.
- Gained relevant practical experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or a reputable strategy consulting firm.
- Transaction-oriented with a passion for the Private Equity sector and a desire for challenges in the diverse transaction business.
- Critically question facts and work analytically.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Have very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level).
