You will act as a trusted advisor to your customer base, combining relationship management, risk-based prioritization, and consultative selling to ensure customers realize the full value of their Thomson Reuters solutions, while identifying opportunities to expand that value through upsell and cross-sell.
Responsibilities
- Own retention and risk prioritization across a large book of law firm customers, using risk data and account health indicators to guide daily activity and focus effort where it matters most.
- Help the sales executive identify upsell opportunities within the existing customer base, aligning Thomson Reuters solutions to each customer's specific aims, goals, and workflows.
- Drive increased adoption of new and existing AI solutions, positioning Thomson Reuters as a partner in transforming how customers and their clients work.
- Partner closely with the Sales Executive covering the same territory to ensure a seamless handoff and effective onboarding experience for new customers.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date account and pipeline data within CRM systems to support accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Consistently meet or exceed defined activity KPIs, managing a high-volume book of business with strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Continuously seek out and implement ways to deepen product usage and embed Thomson Reuters solutions into customer workflows, increasing overall stickiness and reducing churn risk.
- Work cross-functionally with New Business, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver a joined-up customer experience across the territory.
- Maintain a curious, consultative approach, staying close to customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to inform account strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales within a B2B environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large, diverse portfolio of accounts efficiently.
- A curious, consultative mindset with genuine interest in understanding customer challenges and how technology, particularly AI, can solve them.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with comfort engaging with stakeholders at all levels within law firms.
- A data-driven approach, with comfort using risk and usage data to prioritize time and effort.
- A track record of achieving retention, upsell, and activity-based KPIs.
