About the Role
This role is an intensive, fully supported leadership launchpad designed to transition you directly into running your own store. You will play a key role in delivering seamless, joy-filled customer experiences, from clinic to frame styling to final dispense.
Responsibilities
- Support with store operations, including running the store 2 days a week
- Support the Store Manager & Optometrist to drive performance
- Own the customer journey and make every interaction exceptional
Requirements
- Proven experience at a supervisor or management level within a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-centric environment
- Experience leading from the front, managing shifts, and keeping a team motivated
- Alignment with company culture and values (down to earth, tight knit, striving to improve)
- Proven experience at a supervisor or store management level, with a track record of smashing sales budgets and driving retail KPIs (Multipairs, ATV, Conversion)
- Passion for delivering world-class optical experiences, mastering the customer journey, and prioritizing the customer above all else
- Experience running daily store operations, managing rosters, and taking full ownership of store performance
- Ability to lead by example and coach/upskill team members
- Ambition and resilience to upskill and step into a BN Store Manager role within 6–12 months
- Available to work full time 38 hours, Sunday–Thursday roster
