About the Role
APM Monaco is seeking a full-time Sales Advisor to join their Berlin team for the Christmas season, focusing on providing a unique shopping experience and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise, and build trusted relationships with customers to provide a unique shopping experience.
- Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand’s story and unique character.
- Build customer loyalty through personalized after-sales follow-up.
- Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and initial complaints professionally.
- Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard, including cleanliness, organization, and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist with stock management and inventory.
- Follow payment and POS procedures.
Requirements
- You love APM Monaco!
- You are passionate about sales.
- You have a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous boutique experience (luxury or fashion retail) is a real plus.
- You are organized, dynamic, and eager to learn.
- You are adaptable and able to demonstrate flexibility when needed.
