About the Role
We are looking for support for our Pets Deli Store in Schöneberg, 20 hours per week, either part-time or as a working student.
Responsibilities
- Advise two- and four-legged customers and support store managers in daily business.
- Turn Pets Deli customers into Pets Deli fans and build long-term relationships.
- Provide the social media team with suitable content and manage marketing campaigns and store events with the store manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, as a dog trainer, or as a veterinary assistant.
- Ability to approach people openly with a friendly and confident demeanor.
- Sales talent, strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
- Passion for dogs and cats.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
