About the Role
As a Senior Contract Manager, you will be responsible for delivering contract management, administration, and assurance services for various NEC and Non-NEC contracts. This role involves the contract and commercial management of NEC4 contracts called off from framework agreements, as well as non-framework contracts. You will manage contracts for the Fens or Lincs reservoir project, which is currently working towards DCO submission.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day contract and commercial leadership and support to delivery teams by discharging PSC service manager actions under delegated authority on NEC contracts and similar tasks for other contract types.
- Support delivery teams, workstream leads, function leads, and framework users in implementing robust commercial and contract management practices.
- Embed contract and commercial best practices and challenge existing ways of working to drive continuous improvement across the reservoirs program.
- Support a collaborative and proactive approach to contract management and assurance to enable efficient project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative mindset and approach within our PDP and their supply chain ecosystem to meet program needs.
- Assist delivery teams/business units to ensure alliances maximize efficiencies, deliver outperformance, and promote a collaborative approach.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering contract management, administration, and assurance services.
- Experience with NEC and Non-NEC contracts.
- Experience managing NEC4 contracts called off from framework agreements.
- Experience managing non-framework contracts.
- Experience managing contracts for reservoir projects.
- Experience with DCO submission processes.
- Experience discharging PSC service manager actions.
- Experience supporting delivery teams, workstream leads, function leads, and framework users.
