About the Role

Precisely is seeking highly successful Large Account Executives in the UK to drive growth across a portfolio of enterprise relationships. You will act as the executive-facing owner of each account's strategy and relationship, leading a virtual team to deliver a coordinated customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of 1–3 named Key Accounts with full commercial accountability for new business, expansion, and renewal ARR, and the multi-year strategy.
  • Build and deepen your network within each account, especially at the executive level.
  • Lead the extended account team by setting priorities, running cadences, and resolving conflicts.
  • Coordinate with Precisely's partner ecosystem on each account.
  • Own renewal outcomes across your accounts, leading complex or executive-level renewal conversations.
  • Maintain an accurate rolling four-quarter forecast for total ARR across your accounts.
  • Reinforce disciplined use of MEDDPICC and Precisely's sales process in every deal review.
  • Lead complex, multi-year commercial constructs.
  • Champion your customers internally by representing account needs in product and services roadmap discussions and managing escalations.
  • Bring an independent point of view on each customer's business and industry, translating challenges into value-creating strategies.
  • Develop and maintain deep working knowledge across Precisely's portfolio of solutions.
  • Build and refresh a written account plan for each account.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including demonstrated success managing large, complex named or global accounts (SaaS preferred).
  • Demonstrated success managing a $1M+ ACV or strategic-account quota, or selling into top-tier named/global logo accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience owning total account commercial outcomes – new business, expansion, and renewal.
  • Experience closing large, complex, multi-year commercial agreements.
  • Experience as a trusted advisor to senior and C-level executives.
  • Experience operating effectively within a matrixed organization, leading teams through influence without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with MEDDPICC sales methodology, CRM and forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and account-planning skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Working knowledge and selling experience across a range of data-integrity solutions.
  • Ability to travel as required — approximately 25-35% of the time.
  • Proficiency in applying AI tools to accelerate work, improve output quality, and eliminate low-value tasks.
  • Comfort using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot) in day-to-day workflows.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
  • Openness to continuously adopting new AI capabilities.
  • Uses AI-assisted account research and intent tools to prioritize outreach and surface expansion signals.
  • Uses generative AI tools to draft and tailor executive-level communications, account plans, and business reviews.
  • Applies AI-assisted CRM forecasting and pipeline analysis.
  • SaaS software sales experience, especially in a private equity-backed or public SaaS environment.
  • Prior knowledge or experience with Precisely products is a plus.
  • Vertical experience — a working understanding of organizations, market dynamics, and transformation priorities.
  • Successful history managing named or strategic accounts within a company with a broad, multi-product / multi-services portfolio.
  • Experience working across multiple currencies, contracting frameworks, or data-privacy / regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR).
