About the Role

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for technical support and/or leadership in creating and delivering technology solutions that meet customer business needs. Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Stay current with leading-edge technologies and industry knowledge. Contribute to the company's solutions portfolio and shape technical direction and strategies. Accountable for chargeability levels and contributing to revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Generate new business opportunities and provide technical support for deal proposals.

Responsibilities

Deliver assigned tasks within the project delivery cycle.
Provide technical systems management support by understanding company technologies.
Perform systems configurations.
Troubleshoot systems errors and problems.
Monitor and/or test systems performance.
Contribute to the design of technical solutions for customer environments.
Work under the supervision of a technical lead and with customer representatives.
Act professionally with company customers.
Participate as a team member and maintain good relationships.
Understand the company's strategy.
Be aware of knowledge tools and their application.
Participate in chosen technical community or profession and attend relevant events.

Requirements

1 - 3 years of technical experience.
Associate of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area.
Without a degree, one additional year of relevant technical experience (2-4 years in total).

Skills

Sufficient technical knowledge to assist with the completion of specific deliverables.
Ability to communicate concepts with the team and peers.
Ability to produce basic documentation to required standards.
Demonstrates understanding of assigned discipline or technical area.
Demonstrates fundamental technical knowledge.
