About the Role
As a member of Rakuten Group, Inc., you will be responsible for establishing guidelines and regulations to achieve and maintain an optimal internal IT environment, focusing primarily on group companies such as Rakuten Mobile, Inc. Your scope of work will cover formulating missions and identifying challenges, drafting guidelines/regulations, conducting awareness and educational activities for stakeholders, building compliance frameworks, and managing subsequent operations.
Responsibilities
- Planning, research, coordination, and drafting of guidelines and regulations.
- Navigating internal approval procedures and executing official rollouts.
- Leading internal communication, awareness campaigns, and educational training.
- Conducting data analysis utilizing BI tools and Excel.
- Preparing reports and presentation materials for executive leadership and management.
- Collaborating, negotiating, and aligning with related departments.
- Supporting the on-site implementation and adoption of guidelines and regulations.
- Routine management and operation of guidelines and regulations.
- Driving initiatives related to AI and DX promotion.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in formulating and implementing guidelines based on legal regulations (compliance), industry rules, and internal policies
- Business-level English proficiency
