As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, building relationships with customers and creating memorable experiences. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all customers, employing add-on sales techniques to increase revenue.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and provide relevant feedback to management.
- Implement sales process guidelines from the Retail Sales Academy when interacting with customers.
- Perform stock replenishment and cashier duties reliably, ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain organized merchandise and comply with inventory management policies.
- Support loss prevention initiatives through attentive in-store actions and reporting relevant observations.
- Embody brand enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Foster teamwork, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- Be open to innovations and company initiatives, actively contributing to achieving shared goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
- Ability to efficiently organize your time in a dynamic work environment.
- Capability to create memorable and consistently customer-focused sales experiences.
- Strong customer orientation and willingness to go the extra mile.
