About the Role
Provides for the direct care and management of patients in a partial care treatment center.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a therapeutic and safe environment for all patients.
- Facilitates regular therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient’s treatment plan.
- Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context.
- Accurately records daily patient progress in the medical record as well as completing other required paperwork.
- Rides along with the van driver to transport patients to and from the program.
- Maintains certification in Handle with Care behavior management system.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

- Experience with children in behavioral & mental health.
