About the Role

As a member of Management, you will be the heartbeat of our store, responsible for managing daily operations, inspiring a high-performance team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the store’s success and contribute to our company’s growth.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team, fostering a positive work environment, setting clear goals, and providing ongoing feedback.
Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Manage store budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
Implement local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with the community to enhance brand presence.
Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
Perform additional duties and projects as required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
Open availability, including availability during the hours necessary to open and close the store.
Minimum standard work week of 5 days.
Average standard work week of 44 hours, increased during peak sales periods.
Requires a minimum of 5 days of availability for Supervisor role.
Minimum standard of a 30 hour work week for Supervisor role.
Availability on weekends and holidays for all Management roles.
Punctuality and regular attendance consistent with company policies.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must speak English clearly to converse with customers and supervise staff.
Must be able to read and write English and perform business-related mathematics.
May require the ability to move to different locations within the company's network.
Requires prolonged standing approximately five to 14 hours per day.
During peak sale periods, will work for long periods throughout a one to 12 hour day.
Requires stooping and kneeling to place merchandise on customer’s feet.
Requires reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks.
May be required to climb ladder or ascend/descend stairs to stock or acquire merchandise.
Required to lift items weighing 5 – 25 lbs regularly; weights may be higher in certain circumstances.
Must have good vision, including color differentiation.
Must be at least 18 years or older.
