About the Role
Growth Strategists at Rox own what happens after a deal closes. You'll take Rox into some of the largest revenue organizations in the world and make sure it changes how their sellers work and what their numbers look like. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where you'll run a portfolio of enterprise accounts end to end, shaping the product and playbooks with your field learnings.
Responsibilities
- Manage the first 90 days of customer launch, including stakeholder alignment, mutual action plans, use-case validation, train-the-trainer, and leadership readouts.
- Define success metrics with clear baselines, targets, data sources, and owners, then run the weekly operating cadence to achieve them.
- Analyze sequence performance, adoption, and pipeline data to identify effective strategies and implement changes for sales reps.
- Manage executive relationships through QBRs and strategy sessions with CROs, VPs of Sales, and RevOps leaders, proactively presenting high-leverage plays.
- Develop the business case for new business units and use cases based on proven results, collaborating with sales on the commercial aspects.
- Provide direct feedback from the field to engineering and product leads, influencing roadmap priorities and driving adoption of new features.
- Create playbooks, Rox skills, and agent workflows to accelerate the growth of the enterprise customer base.
Requirements
- 4+ years in management consulting, strategy, or enterprise GTM with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes with client teams.
- Proven ability to earn the trust of VP- and C-level leaders and confidently engage in executive-level discussions.
- Comfortable with both rebuilding a rep's pipeline and presenting to the C-suite.
- Experience working directly with messy data, including CRM exports, spreadsheets, and SQL, and building analyses independently.
- Daily use of AI tools with informed opinions on their effectiveness.
- Preference for ownership and ambiguity over a strictly defined role.
- MBA, STEM or quantitative background, or experience in RevOps or a high-growth startup are nice to have.
