About the Role
Lead multidisciplinary H&S projects, develop management systems, and conduct due diligence and compliance activities. This role offers opportunities for travel and potential secondments within Australia and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety focused and multidisciplinary projects for a broad range of ERM clients with a high degree of autonomy
- Prepare technical reports and conduct site audits as a lead assessor
- Develop procedures, management systems, and risk assessments for a range of industry clients
- Coordinate project teams and mentor more junior staff
Requirements
- Degree or diploma qualified in health & safety
- Minimum of 6 years of field and audit experience in health & safety or similar
- Sound understanding of State and Commonwealth health and safety regulations and their application in a business context
- Occupational health and contractor management experience would be looked upon favorably
- Experience in project management, business development, and proposal development is beneficial
