About the Role
Contribute sustainability input, advice, and expertise across major infrastructure projects, including water, rail, and road, as well as global Net Zero initiatives and defence projects. Work closely with clients and project teams to champion sustainability strategies from design through construction, delivering frameworks, management plans, and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide sustainability strategies and technical advice on complex, large-scale projects.
- Drive adoption of sustainability initiatives during design and construction phases.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver positive environmental and community outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development through proposals, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Sustainability professional with consulting background and experience in infrastructure projects.
- Thrive on collaboration and innovation.
- Bring integrity, accountability, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results.
- Experience in sustainability consulting within the infrastructure sector (water industry highly regarded).
- Familiarity with Green Star or ISC rating tools (highly regarded).
- Strong stakeholder management and business development experience.
- Ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and deadlines.
