The ideal candidate possesses strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer, and pre-onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define success profiles, and develop practical hiring strategies.
  • Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, events, and selected agency partnerships.
  • Conduct structured recruiter screens to assess qualifications, motivation, communication, compensation alignment, and role fit.
  • Present high-quality shortlists and provide hiring managers with relevant market and talent insights.
  • Manage candidate engagement and communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring a timely and respectful experience.
  • Coordinate structured interview processes, panel alignment, feedback collection, debriefs, and finalist recommendations.
  • Partner with Compensation, HR Business Partners, Finance, and TA Operations on leveling, offers, approvals, background checks, and start dates.
  • Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data in Workday and ensure strong process compliance and ATS hygiene.
  • Track recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, and diversity outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, candidate experience, and stakeholder ways of working.
  • Contribute to employer branding, talent campaigns, recruiting projects, and broader global Talent Attraction initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a global technology, SaaS, or enterprise software organisation.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles and stakeholders.
  • Strong direct sourcing and passive-candidate engagement skills.
  • Experience recruiting technical, professional services, corporate, or other specialised talent.
  • Strong consultative and stakeholder-management skills, including the confidence to challenge role briefs constructively.
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and candidate-closing capabilities.
  • Ability to use market data and recruiting metrics to influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High ownership, sound judgment, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting or another applicant tracking system; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruiting analytics tools is preferred.
