About the Role
Join our Audit & Assurance – Audit Capture team to strategically support key projects from identification through to presentation. Our team maximizes profit opportunities and establishes the framework for sustainable market presence. Help us achieve shared success and make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize prompts for Microsoft Copilot and other AI applications, supporting the automation of analyses, research, presentations, and decision-making.
- Analyze company, market, and competitor data to identify trends and derive actionable recommendations for management.
- Support the development of automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and other digital tools to enhance process efficiency.
- Assist in structuring, quality assurance, and developing data sets and intelligence databases to form the basis for informed decisions.
- Create KPI-based reports, dashboards, and management presentations, and support strategic projects within the Audit & Assurance business unit.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program for Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ideally, initial experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Platform.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering.
- Ideally, initial experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI applications.
- Analytical thinking skills and interest in data management, data analysis, and digital technologies.
- Team spirit and enthusiasm for innovation.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Availability for at least 1 year.
- Availability immediately for up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility.
- Up to 40 hours per week possible during semester breaks upon agreement.
