About the Role
In the Consulting – Technology Strategy and Transformation division, we support our clients in the technology-driven implementation of their business strategies. This includes digital transformations, IT M&A, and organizational agility. We develop technology strategies, enable clients to shape their business strategy innovatively and technology-driven, and advise on the selection and implementation of relevant technology trends. Responsibilities
- Support the team in strategic, communicative, and organizational tasks related to lean-agile transformations, deployments, and partnerships.
- Assist in communicating and developing lean-agile playbooks and supporting pilot implementations.
- Undertake tasks in controlling, organization, and structured follow-up of activities within lean-agile transformations.
- Actively support the team, prepare and follow up on workshops, and contribute to the creation of concepts and presentation materials.
- Gain insights into organizational and strategic issues.
- Gradually take over own task packages and actively contribute ideas to the further development of our topics.
- Develop professional and personal skills through diverse topics and tasks.
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration with a focus on IT, Computer Science, Business Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- Ideally, initial experience in an agile environment, project management, or a comparable area.
- Technology affinity, interest in (lean-agile) transformation, project management, communication, and strategic issues.
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, team player, structured and reliable working style.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
