About the Role
Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Service Manager to oversee daily Front of House operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about people and delivering legendary service.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
- Enforce compliance with employment policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
- Provide or direct Front of House training.
- Manage Front of House employee performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
- Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs.
- Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
- Assist in developing key employees through daily feedback.
- Review applications, interview, and hire Front of House employees.
- Direct employee work, including setting hours, schedules, and assigning tasks.
- Create a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals.
- Implement contests, theme nights, and staff incentives.
- Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures.

Salary/Compensations
- $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually
