About the Role
The Cage Manager supervises and directs the Casino Cage Department at all SGE locations. This role is responsible for cash accountability and adherence to departmental policies for all cage employees.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the Casino Cage Department at all SGE locations.
- Ensure cash accountability for all cage employees.
- Ensure adherence to departmental policies for all cage employees.
- Perform all duties within the guidelines of Seneca Gaming and Entertainment’s policies and procedures, NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards, and SGA Tribal Internal Control Standards.
Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Financial experience.
- Management experience.
- Experience with computer systems and equipment.
