About the Role
Manage Process Design Kit (PDK) and Testchip/Tessite Project Managers, driving PDK and Testchip delivery through cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead or coordinate cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery.
- Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.
- Investigate facts and develop solutions to problems during design and planning phases.
- Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.
- Perform feasibility studies, manage field trials, identify product/program gaps, and define product requirements.
- Engage with customers to understand market needs and trends.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner, supporting EHS&S requirements.
- Enable improved processes and teamwork across organizations, including Process Integration, Technology Development, Business Line, and customers.
Requirements
- Minimum Engineering Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years in managing a team with at least 5 team members.
- Minimum 4 years in semiconductor industry in PDK development.
- Minimum 3 years in project management.
- Database skill set, Spreadsheets, Microsoft Project Manager proficiency.
- Resource management and allocation experience.
- Program sizing and tracking experience.
- Less than 10% travel required.
- Fluent in English language – written & verbal.
