About the Role
Superior Plus Propane is seeking an experienced Service Technician for their Watertown customer service center. This role is crucial to maintaining safety and service standards within a premier propane company known for its supportive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform propane service and tank installation.
- Identify and correct leaks from tank to equipment connections.
- Respond to customer emergencies.
- Rotate on-call duties during evenings and weekends.
- Perform maintenance on spare tanks in preparation for service.
- Complete tank inspections and repairs at customer locations.
- Assist with bobtail truck propane deliveries as needed.
- Communicate proactively with the Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers, and customers.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of propane/oil service experience preferred; HVAC experience is a plus.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
- CDL Class A or B.
- Hazmat/Tanker endorsement preferred.
- Propane Delivery License preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
- Will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future.
