About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality & Automation Engineer to ensure our web applications are reliable, secure, scalable, and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will own our quality strategy, build intelligent automation frameworks, and influence technology delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

Own and champion quality across web applications, APIs, and integrations.
Shape and drive the testing strategy.
Partner with developers and product stakeholders to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Influence release readiness through testing insights, quality metrics, and risk assessments.
Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and automation coverage.
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Playwright and TypeScript.
Harness AI-powered tools to accelerate test creation, maintenance, and defect analysis.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket.
Test complex integrations across Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS, and third-party platforms.
Lead performance and load testing.
Conduct security testing aligned with OWASP standards and work with developers to address vulnerabilities.
Deliver seamless experiences through cross-browser, mobile, and accessibility testing.
Test real-time learning experiences, including live classrooms, audio, video, and session recordings.
Develop testing approaches for AI and LLM-powered features.
Build automated evaluations to assess AI accuracy, consistency, reliability, and safety.
Explore emerging AI testing tools and techniques.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software quality engineering.
At least 3 years of experience building test automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, TypeScript, or similar modern automation frameworks.
Experience testing APIs, integrations, and databases, including REST APIs and SQL.
Practical experience with performance testing tools such as k6, JMeter, or Gatling.
Knowledge of security testing practices, including OWASP Top 10 and tools such as OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite.
Experience with cross-browser and mobile testing platforms such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
Experience embedding automated testing into agile development and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience using AI tools for test automation and evaluating AI or LLM-powered functionality.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Confidence to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
