About the Role
Our founding designer will own design across everything Meow puts in front of people, working directly with the engineering lead and setting the standard for design as the team grows.
Responsibilities
- Own design for the Meow web app
- Design our internal admin app for ops and support teams
- Own the brand, marketing site, social direction, and blog visuals
- Work on complex financial workflows including payments, approvals, and treasury
- Build and maintain a design system for consistency
- Partner daily with the engineering team
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience
- Experience as a senior or lead designer at a startup or fast-moving team
- A portfolio of shipped, complex B2B work demonstrating thinking and final screens
- Ability to range across product and brand design, from dense dashboards to landing pages
- Comfortable working as the sole designer
