About the Role

Caring Senior Service is seeking compassionate and experienced Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide non-medical in-home care to seniors in Austin and surrounding communities. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in seniors' lives.

Responsibilities

Assist seniors with daily activities while promoting their comfort, safety, dignity, and independence.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
Support walking, mobility, positioning, and transfers.
Help with toileting and incontinence needs.
Prepare meals and assist with eating.
Provide medication reminders.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
Help with errands, transportation, and appointments.
Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home.
Respect client privacy, dignity, and independence.
Communicate with clients, families, and office staff.
Document care provided and report concerns promptly.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience.
Reliable transportation required.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to successfully pass a background check.
Previous experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, dementia care, hospice, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or private-duty caregiving is highly valued.
