About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Lead contributes to store success by promoting a positive shopping experience, building customer relationships, and managing daily store operations. This role optimizes inventory, increases sales and customer satisfaction, and maintains brand and visual presentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to store success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer.
- Build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer.
- Play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Optimize inventory management.
- Increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store.
- Manage inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2 years of retail experience is an asset
- 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
- Passion for fashion & customer-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
- Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Organized, hands-on teammate with a proactive approach to all tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs
