Provide day-to-day application support.
Partner with business leaders and users to understand requirements.
Deliver improvements to systems and tools.
Document how systems work.
Explain technical issues clearly to business users.
Gather requirements from business users.
Prioritize requests.
Document completed work.
Handle sensitive information carefully.
Exercise sound judgment regarding access, testing, and change reviews.
Learn lending operations and understand the impact of system changes.

Requirements

1-3 years of relevant experience in business systems, CRM administration, software development, automation, technical operations, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including workflows, reporting, and data management.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including the ability to write queries and investigate data issues.
Practical coding ability in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, with the ability to read, troubleshoot, and modify existing code.
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and connecting applications through scripts or automation tools.
Ability to explain technical issues clearly.
Ability to gather requirements from business users.
Ability to prioritize requests.
Ability to document completed work.
Careful handling of sensitive information.
Sound judgment about access, testing, and when a change needs additional review.
Willingness to learn lending operations and understand how system changes affect users, data, and the loan process.
