About the Role
CBI Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide in-home care within the community. This role involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care, focusing on a holistic approach to meet patient goals and improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Part of an interdisciplinary team using an integrated and collaborative approach to service delivery.
- Strengthen the traditional In-Home service delivery model focusing on a holistic approach to care.
- Work effectively within a dynamic and self-directed care team to meet patient goals.
- Utilize experience and clinical skills to ensure patients receive the highest quality home health care, delivered with compassion and excellence.
Requirements
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing.
- Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
- Proof of negative TB test and professional liability insurance.
- Ability to travel from home to home within the community.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle, and car insurance required.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Salary/Compensations
- $36.17 - $38.76 per visit for RN
- $30.77 - $33.36 per visit for RPN
