About the Role

As a Seasonal Beauty Advisor / Seasonal Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, support sales goals, and help create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience throughout the holiday season and other peak shopping periods. You are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. You are a team player who is flexible, dependable, and ready to support the store when our customers need us most.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create meaningful customer connections.
• Assist customers in finding products, gifts, and recommendations that suit their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, fragrances, and application methods.
• Support daily, weekly, and seasonal sales goals.
• Promote current offers, holiday promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including during high-volume periods.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Support store initiatives, seasonal events, promotions, and daily priorities.
• Participate in training and continuously develop product knowledge.
• Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Support your team during busy weekends, holidays, and peak trading periods.
• Provide an elevated customer experience that reflects brand values.
• Stay informed about new products, seasonal launches, gift offerings, and promotions.
• Support visual merchandising standards and seasonal store presentation.
• Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
• Assist with replenishment, merchandising, inventory counts, and stock organization.
• Keep products stocked and the store customer-ready throughout busy seasonal shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and store standards throughout each shift.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and health & safety requirements.
• Support loss prevention and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available during peak holiday periods and high-volume shopping days.
• Support the store during seasonal events, promotions, and extended holiday hours as required.
• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance throughout the seasonal employment period.
• Work varying schedules based on business needs, store traffic, and holiday demand.

Requirements

• Previous retail, sales, customer service, or beauty experience is an asset but not required.
