About the Role
Assist with billing, auditing, and payroll administration needs while working closely with internal team members and clients.
Responsibilities
- Upload invoices into client portals.
- Handle sensitive financial details.
- Work diligently in Excel with large and multiple sets of data to audit pay rates, billing, and per diem payments.
- Ensure accuracy and spot inconsistencies during data review.
- Communicate with clients and internal staff.
- Assist with other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated billing experience required.
- Must be highly knowledgeable in Excel including formulas that assist in auditing functions.
- Have an analytical mindset to ensure accuracy.
- Solid communication skills.
- Must have high attention to detail and great organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods.
