About the Role
The Global Services Product and Offering Manager owns the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of the company’s global services portfolio, including repair services, professional onsite services, and managed services. This role drives the development and commercialization of services offerings that deliver customer value, revenue growth, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end services portfolio strategy and lifecycle
- Drive services revenue growth and profitability
- Define and prioritize customer and market needs
- Develop and manage pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Lead new services introduction and portfolio optimization
- Ensure operational and delivery alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enable commercialization
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Shape the evolution of services models
- Provide portfolio visibility and decision support to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related technical or commercial field required.
- Strong understanding of services lifecycle and managed service value creation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Able to take accountability and responsibility for business target delivery and decision making.
