About the Role
Shape the highly innovative AI tools from day one at a market-leading AI and supply chain optimization company. Learn from excellent software developers in Berlin and contribute to a first-class software tool.
Responsibilities
- Focus on the new user journey, improving user onboarding and activation flows.
- Turn sign-ups into active customers through data-driven product engineering and AI improvement.
- Build onboarding flows, wizards, checklists, and in-app messages.
- Create dashboards and tools to help users quickly see the value from the SaaS tool.
- Analyze user drop-off points and implement improvements.
- Actively shape the future of the company's success.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in software engineering after studies.
- Over 2 years of experience at the same company on a long-term full-stack project within customer conversion.
- Experience working through the full development cycle from MVP to production and post-shipping.
- Comfortable working in a low-hierarchy environment and eager to take ownership.
- Already legally registered in Germany and eligible to work in Germany.
