Responsibilities

Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers.
Recommend consumer loan and voluntary product solutions based on customer needs.
Educate customers on consumer lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation.
Assist customers through the loan application process.
Make payment reminder calls.
Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and make credit decisions.
Administer loan closings and process insurance claims.
Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting and training.
Develop and implement plans to meet sales goals.
Promote core values and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience (retail sales, goal-oriented, incentive-based) is preferred.
Spanish speaking skills are desirable but not required.
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Satisfactory driving record.
Meet acceptable standards for criminal background history and credit history.
Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing.
Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role.
