About the Role
The F&B Procurement Analyst supports purchasing activities and optimizes financial and operational processes for Food & Beverage procurement across multiple renowned venues.
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all procurement workflows.
- Ensure PO accuracy including pricing, terms, delivery dates, and cost center allocation.
- Reconcile F&B supplier invoices against purchase orders, merchandise arrivals, and contracts.
- Manage Fintech reconciliation for all alcohol invoices, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Partner with Accounts Payable, Warehouse, and Operations to resolve invoice exceptions.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Develop and manage the credit process, including obtaining and tracking credits.
- Manage and track all F&B rebate programs and ensure funds are properly allocated.
- Conduct weekly pricing audits and validate supplier pricing against contractual agreements.
- Support F&B Buyers on tactical purchasing activities through Eatec.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product and pricing information within the Eatec database.
- Support receiving processes, verifying that goods meet specifications, quantities, and pricing.
- Identify savings opportunities, cost avoidance trends, and spend anomalies through data analysis.
- Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members by adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
- +3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, foodservice, finance, or related industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience with inventory and purchasing systems (Eatec experience a plus).
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities and projects.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage categories, inventory control processes, finance, and warehouse operations.
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable results.
- Ability to work weekends.
