About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with complex business requirements. You will work across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated systems, ensuring best practices, technical excellence, and long-term platform stability.
Responsibilities
- Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical designs and solution architectures.
- Develop and review technical specifications, data models, and system integrations.
- Apply Salesforce platform knowledge to create secure, scalable, and optimized solutions.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and system governance.
- Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Conduct platform assessments, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in an architect-level or senior technical role.
- Proven experience designing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with integration patterns and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design practical, sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and explain technical concepts.
