About the Role
In this role, you will answer telephones at a high volume, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and enter data into the computer while protecting patient privacy by adhering to HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a call center operator, preferably in the medical field
- Excellent computer and customer service skills
- High school diploma required
- Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
