About the Role
As a Finance Solutions - Digital Revenue Operations - Senior Manager, you will lead consulting work focused on Zuora Quote-to-Revenue solutions. You will help clients enhance operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. This role involves leading large projects, applying sound judgment, and guiding teams through complex work while delivering impactful messages and coaching others within our Advisory practice. You will work across finance operations and digital core modernization, leveraging your business application consulting knowledge to streamline revenue operations and adapt Zuora solutions to client needs.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Zuora Quote-to-Revenue solutions and finance operations priorities across the full revenue lifecycle.
- Lead complex implementation workstreams for Zuora Billing, Zuora CPQ X, and Zuora Revenue.
- Translate client requirements into process designs, system configurations, and revenue recognition automation approaches.
- Guide teams through solution delivery, issue resolution, testing, and deployment activities across multiple project phases.
- Validate business and technical outcomes against client objectives and adapt plans based on feedback and changing needs.
- Develop stakeholder relationships across finance, technology, and operations groups to support program progress and adoption.
- Apply systems thinking to identify process gaps, streamline finance workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
- Coach team members through ambiguity while driving clear communication, accountability, and delivery momentum.
- Lead digital tool and AI-human collaboration efforts to improve analysis, implementation, and support activities.
- Assess risks, dependencies, and escalation points while maintaining momentum on large-scale finance transformation efforts.
