About the Role

This role within the Aladdin Client Transformation (ACT) team will expand our Private Credit transformation capability by combining deep knowledge of Private Credit and Direct Lending with technology-enabled transformation. You will design scalable solutions across investment workflows, data, technology, and operating models, working with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior Private Credit and Direct Lending advisor to clients, bringing deep expertise across origination, underwriting, execution, servicing, accounting, portfolio monitoring, risk and investor reporting to shape pragmatic technology and operating model transformation strategies.
  • Lead discovery and solution design across processes, workflows, data, technology, controls and governance, translating investment and operational requirements into scalable target-state solutions and transformation roadmaps with clear priorities, dependencies, and risks.
  • Lead complex transformation programs from mobilization through implementation, testing, adoption, and transition to business-as-usual, establishing effective governance and coordinating execution across Aladdin, eFront, investment, operations, data, product, and technology teams.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Design and Data teams to translate client needs and market insights into product priorities, identify opportunities for automation and enhanced Private Credit capabilities, and develop scalable solutions that can be reused across client transformations.
  • Own senior client relationships throughout engagements, aligning stakeholders on scope, priorities, outcomes, and key decisions while partnering with Relationship Management, Business Development, Product, and Implementation teams to support solution positioning, onboarding, and longer-term opportunities.
  • Build the broader Private Credit transformation capability by developing reusable methodologies and solutions, sharing domain expertise and transformation practices, and coaching colleagues across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Lead through influence across multidisciplinary teams, establishing clear accountability and a culture of continuous improvement while identifying appropriate uses of artificial intelligence and automation that improve delivery efficiency with strong governance, controls, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience across Private Credit, Direct Lending, investment management, financial technology, product management, or technology transformation, including demonstrated leadership of complex initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of the end-to-end Private Credit and/or Direct Lending lifecycle, including deal structures, investment and operational workflows, portfolio monitoring, and risk.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and leading complex technology transformations or platform implementations, with strong understanding of front-to-back investment workflows, data models, systems integration, controls, and operating model design.
  • Track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery and solution design through implementation, launch and adoption, working effectively across investment, operations, product, engineering, and data teams.
  • Experience advising senior executives and clients, navigating ambiguity, and competing priorities, and applying strong commercial judgment to drive pragmatic, outcome-oriented decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex investment, operational and technology concepts for senior audiences.
  • Familiarity with Aladdin, eFront or comparable investment management and private markets technology platforms is preferred.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience is expected.
