About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Corporate Security Guard to provide physical security coverage at the Cash Vault, including perimeter control, access management, and emergency response. This role requires onsite presence due to the specific location and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Safeguard company premises, assets, employees, and visitors.
- Control entrances and exits to prevent theft, vandalism, or intrusion.
- Manage vehicular and pedestrian access to the facility.
- Perform routine customer support, operational, and security tasks.
- Patrol premises to protect property and personnel.
- Complete required daily logs and reports.
- Respond to and resolve alarm system maintenance needs and security situations.
- Interact with security guards, customers, Security Response Center analysts, and vendors.
- Escalate issues according to written procedures.
- Provide quality customer service while enforcing written procedures.
- Receive direction from Corporate Security agents and supervisors.
- Initiate work orders and facilitate equipment repairs with vendors.
- Document the resolution process.
Requirements
- 6+ months of Corporate Security, surveillance and alarm experience, or equivalent.
- Valid CA State Armed Security Officer license.
- 21+ years of age.
