About the Role
The Spa Receptionist will assist the Reception Manager with the operation of The Lanesborough Club & Spa facilities, overseeing reception duties while maintaining maximum sales and excellence in service standards. The role requires a thorough understanding of the product, including membership knowledge, and providing support to the Spa Manager.

Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a luxury Club & Spa
- Excellent command of the English language
- A second language would be preferred
